It amuses me how fundamentalist practitioners of traditionally exclusive religions, like Islam and Christianity, contradict one another and not realise their stupidity in doing so. Both contradictions cannot be correct. Either one of them is correct or both of them twaddle. I tend towards the latter.
In the above case, which do happen often, there is no need to invoke God for one’s recovery from influenza. Lots of rest and plenty of water. Duh.
